About Me
Hi, I’m a mum living in the lovely town of Olney, Bucks, and I'm approaching 40 with a big smile and an even bigger heart! I'm a happy, spontaneous soul who loves connecting with people – big and small. Nature, animals, fresh air, music, and all things wellbeing light me up.
Yoga has always held a special place in my heart, and it was through that love that Ooomph Yoga was born – a space to inspire children to feel confident, calm, and amazing just as they are.
Oomph & me
Yoga has been a constant in my life, and my love for it eventually gave birth to Oomph Yoga — created to inspire children to feel amazing just as they are.
I now run yoga clubs, 1:1 sessions, and share helpful tips on social media. My aim is to make yoga fun, playful, and accessible — so much so that children are fully engaged and often don’t even realise they’re doing yoga!
Yoga has been a constant in my life, and I love helping children learn simple breathing techniques, build confidence, relax, manage big feelings, and just enjoy slowing down. I believe it’s okay to be bored, to feel deeply, and to take time for ourselves — and I try to create space for that in every session.
I also work with neurodiverse children, offering gentle, supportive sessions tailored to each child’s needs. Creating a calm, inclusive, and understanding space is at the heart of what I do.
I'm happy to bring yoga into schools through workshops, and I offer fun, movement-filled yoga birthday parties too — because I absolutely love a good party!
I'm based in Olney and happy to travel within a 15-mile radius for sessions, workshops, or parties.
I truly believe that our breath is a powerful, free tool that everyone can learn to use — to calm the body, focus the mind, and connect with the present moment. Teaching children how to access that through deep breathing is one of the most valuable gifts I can offer.
