About Oomph
&
our mission
Oomph Yoga and Mindfulness Kids Club continues to inspire with its mission to help children relax, build confidence, and experience the incredible benefits of yoga and mindfulness. Creating a more peaceful and kind next generation is a noble goal, and it starts with nurturing children's well-being and personal growth.
Yoga and mindfulness can empower children to better understand and manage their emotions, develop empathy, and cultivate a positive mindset. These practices not only benefit the individual child but also contribute to a more compassionate and harmonious society.
The focus on children as the future is vital, as they will carry forward the values and principles instilled in them during their formative years. By fostering a positive and supportive environment, Oomph Yoga and Mindfulness Kids Club can help children embrace their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.
I have no doubt that their yoga journey will be unforgettable for all those who join. May it be filled with moments of growth, self-discovery, and joy. Here's to making the world a brighter and more positive place, one child at a time! Namaste!

"The essence of our effort to see that every child has a chance must be to assure each an equal opportunity, not to become equal, but to become different – to realize whatever unique potential of body, mind, and spirit he or she possesses"

Oomph & me
Hi, I'm Marta! A fully qualified Children's Yoga Teacher & Graduate of Understanding Mental Health course. I'm a mum of 2 beautiful and very energetic boys - and now my third baby, Oomph Club - which I'm extremely passionate about!
I have loved sports, fitness, and yoga for as long as I can remember but only when I started working in local schools did I realise that my true passion is encouraging children to be creative, allowing them to explore their imagination and express themselves freely, fostering a sense of joy and fulfillment in their pursuits. Mindfulness practices teach them to be present in the moment, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and emotions effectively. Teaching empathy and self-love is essential for nurturing kind and compassionate individuals who can understand and connect with others on a deeper level. It helps create a more empathetic and harmonious society. Building resilience in children is one of the most valuable gifts you can give them. It equips them to bounce back from challenges, setbacks, and adversities with strength and determination, ultimately empowering them to face life's obstacles with confidence and grace.
Children's mental and physical well-being is my priority!
